What a great apartment – such spectacular views from every window and so well equipped and designed. We have enjoyed a really relaxing week – could sit and look out at the sea views all day!

What a wonderful week! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous with fabulous views, the weather has been gorgeous. 7 day of sunshine. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others and will hopefully come back soon. We recommend a visit to Lynton and Lynmouth and for children a day a Tunnels Beach: Sean will love it when he’s a bit bigger! Thanks for letting us stay in this lovely apartment.

Stunning views from this well equipped apartment. Everything you need is right here or within walking distance. Lynton and Lynmouth def: worth a visis, very picturesque. Lovely tea at Combe Martin called ‘The Galleon’ yummy cream tea. Great walks – coastal path around Hillsborough, Saunton Sands for a great stroll on a long beach and watching surfers and kite boarders. Tunnels Beaches for rock-pooling (we will bring Liam back when he’s big enough1) Will definitely return – for the views and sunsets alone!

Superb location and views. Superb cream tea at Dolly’s cafe (no 11 closed). Beautiful walk to Lee and back with excellent pub lunch and superb weather despite the gloomy forecasts. Thank you.

Fabulous apartment with great attention to detail. All mod cons and beautiful decor. Loved the views and totally enjoyed the peace and quiet. Would definitely recommentd to visit again, only for longer.

Ruth, Vincent and I had a really enjoyable Xmas week. Thank you so much for the bottle of bubbly and the Christmas tree. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Dry weather, beautiful views and some stunning sun rises all topped off a very relaxing week.

We have rented property by the coast all over the U.K. The view from this apartment is definitely one of the best. We have walked in both directions from here and found good warm pubs on each occasion. It has been a refreshing change to leave the car parked for a few days. The weather has been really windy and cold – fantastic!!!! We will need to return in the summer although the bracing sea air is one reason we came.

This apartment is fantastic in every way. Views are brilliant, could sit in windows and watch sea and world go by. Had lunch at 11 The Quays which was great. Had a relaxing time which was what we came for, could have stayed longer! Hope to return in the summer for longer. Lynton, Lymouth and Woolacombe all worth a visit.

One word sums up this apartment GORGEOUS!! FABULOUS!! What awesome views. We have loved Ilfracombe. We particularly enjoyed Lynton & Lynmouth- had a great week weatherwise until today, lashing with rain and very windy but still brilliant to watch from this vantage point. Very much hope to return.
P.s. had lunch at The Quays which was faultless!

Lovely flat and location, really enjoyed sky sports and the coffee machine!! The mussels at number 11 are very good, as is the humous. Great walks along the coast, turn left and stick to the coastal path until Lee village, beautiful pub for a pint of local cider + great bay for peace and quiet.
